The last updates for UUID randomization made it in time and now we're published in the AWS Marketplace here: https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/ref=csl_clsc_prd?sku=8fvdn95s5ev33cprr62nq3q7t This is not currently available in the new ap-southeast-2 (Sydney) Region, and I don't have the AMI for GovCloud (awaiting confirmation for that region). I have updated the CloudFormation template in the documentation for this image here: http://wiki.debian.org/Cloud/AmazonEC2Image/Squeeze Additional testing still welcome. Login as user 'admin', and then 'sudo -I' to get root. I'll generate the md5 and a copy of the root volume shortly, and will publish a download link to that (going to script the generation of that so give me a day or two). I'll tidy up the previous (older) AMIs I created in regions shortly (but I'll go and create a new one in Sydney as there is no AWS Marketplace images there yet). We can of course continue to publish our own AMIs from our own Account if we so choose, but listing in the Marketplace may make us easier to find for some new users to Debian; please bear this in mind when thinking of who may discover and use this image.
