Create a Wheezy vm from scratch for Windows Azure

Hello, I'd like to create a Wheezy vm to provision in Windows Azure and I'd 
like to know if there is a guide to do so. I see on this list that there is a 
courtesy from a developer that published the walinuxagent and also have seen on 
Azure site that there is a guide to create the vm from scratch, but not for 
Debian. Where I could start? I'd like to create one myself and with acquiring
