Another pending change I overlooked - the generate-ssh-hostkeys init script
isn't needed for Google Compute Engine builds since it duplicates logic in
the google-startup-scripts deb. That can be removed from the top-level
tasks/ dir and re-added to the tasks/ec2 subdir. I'll push that tomorrow
(Friday) before merge, or if he prefers Anders can merge and then fix that.
