Patches for bootstrap-vz for Ec2 commited |https://github.com/JamesBromberger/bootstrap-vz; this uses the backported versions of cloud-inti and cloud-utils - which is what we have done previously when we've had to get the EC2 images booting (back int he squeeze days).
