For stretch, I think we should use the same account that we've been
using for our amd64 AMIs. Doing otherwise would be confusing to users.
So, the next step for us in that case is to wait until a kernel with the
necessary changes is included in the archive. That should happen with
the next stretch point release, which should happen relatively soon. I
don't think there's a firm date for it yet, though.

For buster and beyond, we should definitely get the new accounts in
place. We should probably get on that Real Soon Now...
