I've submitted the change request to enable the Debian 11 AWS Marketplace images for m6i instance types, as well as some newly added instances in some of the high memory families. It will take some time for AWS to process this request, as they go through a manual review process, but you should be able to launch the Marketplace AMIs on m6i fairly soon. noah
