Debian is hard to install. I am not an 80 year old grandmother and I never
expected to get it going in two hours. There are a whole lot of people
somewhere between the grandmother and the person who is proficient in linux.
However, at least I knew what I was getting into; most references to debian
include the information that it is hard to install. In the long run I imagine
having a stable system instead of XP will be well worth it.

Reality is for those who lack imagination.
