XML is not human-readable :-)either, you have not seen good XML, or you are not human, or you cannot read.or he just has standards than you for what is considered readable. readable is more than anything that can be deciphered.
E.g. if you swallow a word your sentence, it can be deciphered, but it's not very readable.
