I fully agree, but I think "the-distro-which-must-not-be-named" should lead by example here as it has obviously the bigger impact on its downstreams than any unnamed downstream on other downers. "The-distro-which-must-not-be-named" has bullied in Mar 2012 the owner of "the-distro-which-must-not-be-named"-multimedia.org into changing his domain-name with much of the same arguments as depicted in the blog. And it continues to bully the new owner in widespread announcements. Many owners of "the-distro-which-must-not-be-named" top-level domains were bullied into handing over the domain and instead of being ashamed, officials like the "the-distro-which-must-not-be-named"PL are happy about it, proudly announce it and thank everyone involved for the good work! Given those examples it is high time that we take "the-distro-which-must- not-be-named"FSG ยง1 serious and ensure that our work can be used even if in the future "The-distro-which-must-not-be-named" turns googl^Wevil! Currently it might all be nice for most, but who knows then our beloved distro is finally joining the dark side, losing his nose for good taste and instead of running in circles on the-distro-which-must-not-be-named-devel@ hunting for a golden circle to rule them all.
