Hello.
It'd be very cool to have GET and HEAD requests for an mbox to include a
Last-Modified header, so that people reading bugs via mboxes can keep a
cache and one can exactly know when it needs updating. I guess that if
this gets implemented, If-Modified-Since will magically work?
