I have received about 100 messages like the attached one this morning.
Apparently they are sent out every twenty minutes or so, delivery had
been delay because master.debian.org was down.
I've reassigned this bug to debbugs to redirect the flood from my inbox
to the mailboxes of the presumably responsible people.
