talk with splashy mantainer (or fill a bug report - is the best) when
some artwork is done.
It's worth to remember that even if we don't add splashy in the
default desktop environment, it would be a huge bonus if the default
splashy theme follow the templates/guidelines we're going to use for
Etch. Same deal for usplash and other artwork related stuff, but let
us open artwork bugs after we start with the common guidelines and the
image templates.
