Hi, I've created a tags dir at svn.debian.org/svn/debian-desktop/packages/tags. Tags for package foo should be at this URL + package name, so for example I just created a tag at svn://svn.debian.org/svn/debian-desktop/packages/tags/desktop-base/4.0.4
