Most of them (including wikimedia) need java to be able to play oggs. I reported the same issue yesterday http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=504593 I have made my report a duplicate of yours as your report has more information and it crashed your plugin. Lets get it fixed upstream as more and more people start using ogg it is impotant to be able to play embedded ogg files.
