Thanks for the screenshot.  I can confirm this on all the
machines I have at my disposal, too, at various aspect
ratios.

I could try tweaking the graphic (moving the earth down,
re-positioning the rocket) trial-by-error style, but I also
wonder whether there is a good summary of Grub's positioning
"rules" anywhere, or any way we could *guarantee* this
wouldn't happen.
