BitchX 1.2 IRC Client by Panasync

I understand that this may or may not be important, but I have a couple
of DEBs ready for the 1.2 release of the BitchX console based IRC client
by panasync ready and was wondering what I would need to do to
contribute the packages and have them a part once again of the Debian
repos?
