To the wiki alongside the Fluxbox spec is probably a good idea, here for example: https://wiki.debian.org/DebianDesktop/LuminaSpec You will need to create an account to be able to create the LuminaSpec wiki page. The first step for implementing your spec will be to package the Lumina DE for Debian and get it sponsored into the archive since it isn't in Debian yet.
