Thanks to Lars Steinke <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, the new maintainer
team's Application Managers now have a mailing list, and can begin the
work that they volunteered for. While this mailing list is private, and
only the Application Managers may post there, all posting to this private
list will be CC'd to the public list:

The Applications Managers will monitor this public list and will, from
time to time, incorporate the useful ideas proposed there.
So, if you only want to see how things are going, or actually have some
