A hardware upgrade (machine replacement necessitated by a CPU fan fault in the existing box) went pear-shaped when it came to moving the external RAID array from oldgluck to newgluck. For now people.debian.org and cvs.debian.org will be unavailable until the upgrade is completed. packages.debian.org and www.debian.org have been relocated and continue to work.
