tetex-bin in potato included the texi2html utility to make HTML documents from texinfo sources. Since this programm does not need tex we split it out into a separate package texi2html. tetex-bin in woody Suggests: texi2html but it does not depend on it. So there could be possible autobuilder problems if packages don't change the Builddepends. All maintainers of packages build depending on tetex-bin please check you packages wether they depend on tetex-bin or only on texi2html and fix them if neccessary.
