* Fixing typo in spanish ispell debconf template.
* Verifying that emacsen packages are installed and
configured (by checking the existence of
/var/lib/emacsen-common/installed-flavors) before calling
to emacs-package-{install,remove}. Debhelper snippets will
no longer be used for the emacsen section, but some modified
ones. Modifying debian/rules, debian/dictionaries-common.{postinst,prerm}
(closes: #167239)
