   * debian/control: fixed and got rid of unneeded explicit entries in
     build-dependencies.  Thanks Marc 'HE' Brockschmidt for reporting this.

   * debian/control: add Vcs-fields.
   * webalizer-stonesteps (probably since the 3.0.0.1 upstream release) can read
     the state files made by webalizer 2.01. Thanks Tamas TEVESZ for supplying
     the patch and thanks upstream for applying it. This was fixed in 3.0.4.1-1;
     now finally Closes: #396617.
   * debian/{webalizer-stonesteps.1,rules}: supply our own placeholder manpage,
     referring to README file.  Together with work done by upstream, this
     closes: #399333.
