   * d/patches: Add drop-pkg_resources.patch, removing the obsolete
     setuptools >= 30.3.0 assertion from setup.py. It imported pkg_resources,
     which setuptools no longer ships, so the build aborted during clean
     (Closes: #1147809).
   * d/watch: Add Download-Url-Mangle. The version 5 Github template defaults
     to the api.github.com tarball endpoint, which serves a different tarball
     to the codeload archive endpoint the existing orig tarballs came from.
   * d/patches: Correct remove_six.patch, which replaced six.MAXSIZE with
     sys.maxint. That name does not exist on Python 3, so the shipped
     examples/xlsatoms.py raised AttributeError on a default run.
   * d/patches: Drop fix-ssh-tunnel-auth.patch. It patched old_get_auth, which
     is superseded by new_get_auth, and its injected call passed three
     arguments to a five-parameter function, so it never had any effect.
   * d/patches: Drop add-texinfo-dir-entry.patch. No Info document is built or
     shipped, so the dircategory entry it added reached nothing.
   * d/patches: Add DEP-3 headers to remove_six.patch and remove_mock.patch,
     and Origin/Forwarded fields to texi2html.patch and
     inherit-XError-in-error-classes-in-randr.patch.
   * d/control: Bump debhelper-compat to 14, and drop the now-redundant
     ${misc:Depends} and ${python3:Depends} from the binary stanzas.  Since
     compat 14 dh_gencontrol applies relationship substvars automatically, and
     naming them explicitly makes dpkg-gencontrol warn that they are undefined.
   * d/control, d/rules: Drop the dos2unix build-dependency and the hook it
     served; no upstream file has CRLF line endings.
   * d/control: Drop redundant Rules-Requires-Root: no.
   * d/control, d/rules: Mark texinfo <!nodoc> and guard the documentation
     build so the nodoc profile has an effect.
   * d/control: Set X-Doc-Main-Package for python-xlib-doc, silencing the
     dh_installdocs and dh_installexamples warnings about main-package
     auto-detection.  The built packages are unchanged.
   * d/salsa-ci.yml: Disable the arch-any, arch-all and blhc jobs, none of
     which can do anything for an Architecture: all pure-Python package, and
     test the nocheck and nodoc build profiles.
   * d/gbp.conf: Add, recording the branch layout and pristine-tar use.
   * d/upstream/metadata: Add Changelog.
   * d/copyright: Add stanzas for doc/*, which carries its own verbatim
     permission notice rather than the library's LGPL-2.1+, and for
     Xlib/ext/shape.py, which is generated from xcb-proto's shape.xml under
     the MIT licence. Refresh the debian/* copyright holders.
