* Renamed the binary package to python-xmlrpc. Still
keeping the source package name for manageability.
Added a brief note at end of description, as people
may search for the name py-xmlrpc. (Closes: 102375)
* Added build-depends on python-distutils.
* If destination port is 80, do not mention it in the
HTTP Host: header. This makes queries to the O'Reilly
site work.
* Support Content-Encoding: chunked in the client.
* Don't let the Makefile choose the installation
directory access modes, it'll make everything g+w.
