* Enable ldap_memfree for openldap (reduce wss ?)
* Enable optimization on arm (hopefully, lets see if it builds)
* Remove sendmail-tls from libmilter-dev dependancies
* Correct /etc/mail/Makefile rule for /etc/mail/sendmail.conf
* Remove some autoconf cruft from maintainer and user scripts
diff now smaller by ~2k, almost 10%
