* fluxconf now includes the fluxmenu utility
* Fixed manpage to add a reference to fluxmenu
* Fluxconf now uses GTK2. This is required for fluxmenu to compile
* Transition to GTK2 should fix the font-related problems

* Just in case, I included a small fix in the font-loading code.
upstream did not encode font names properly, which may have caused
the bug to appear.
I suspect it to be a ``75dpi vs 100dpi fonts'' problem.
