* New upstream version 1.0. (And 0.12.4, but I didn't have the time
to package that.)
* Changes to Debian packaging:
* Manual pages refer to /usr/share/doc instead of /usr/doc. Closes: #81468.
* The user guide (.html and .ps) is installed. Closes: #81469.
(The architecture guide is not, since this version is seriously
outdated.)
* Don't create /home/kannel, use --no-create-home with adduser.
Closes: #80617.
* Removed the --group option to adduser. The group isn't being used.
* postinst: Use user:group instead of user.group for chown. Also give
error message if kannel user and group creation fails.
