* debian/penguineyes-gnome.postrm, debian/penguineyes.postrm: no longer
removes the menu file manually (rm was called whenever postrm was
executed, so upgrading broke the menu file) (closes: #126431)
* src/penguineyes.c: if the -d option is specified, redraw the entire
window every frame during the first one second to handle window size
setting correctly
* src/penguineyes.c: clicking the window will raise and redraw it
* src/penguineyes.c: draw_eye() redraws the eyes even if the mouse is
not moved
* debian/control: improved Description: (thanks to Meinolf Sander
