* Use "#if YYDEBUG" instead of "#ifdef YYDEBUG" in getoption.y, because
bison was changed in version 1.31 to be POSIX compatible, which
requires YYDEBUG to be defined (Closes: #146106).
* Remove obsolete dh_suidregister from debian/rules.
* This is a minimal code change, but should go into woody, because the
package does not compile otherwise with bison >=1.31.
