* Changing all "&&" lines to "if" lines in update-cluster-regenerate.
* Build-Depends on libexpat1-dev (>= 1.95.2-2.1).
* Rebuilt with newer libexpat1 which broke binary
compatibility (closes: #117391)
* Added support for updatelist files included in
/etc/update-cluster/updatelists/*.updatelists
* Fixed output of update-cluster-parsexml, remove the
trailing space.
