+ XENO_CONFIG_TRIANGULAR_TABS set to 0, restoring previous tab layout.

* Theme added by upstream: Xeno Perkel (needs the redmond95 engine
installed).
* Added new themes: Xeneon (needs thinice engine), XenoAdept, XenoQt2k,
1970_xeno, 3000_xeno and Xen-SentiEnce.
* Small tweaks in debian/rules.
* Added README.Debian with some explanations.
