Package: includes Version: 1.2.13-5 (a) The `includes' packages creates /usr/doc/includes/COPYRIGHT in the postinst. This is wrong.
(b) It doesn't remove it in the {pre,post}{inst,rm}, so dpkg complains
about being unable to remove the empty /usr/doc/includes directory.
