if its to be set anywhere it should be in netbase NOT procps. if you put it in /etc/sysctl.conf every default debian system will output an error on boot: error: 'net/ipv4/tcp_ecn' is an unknown key remember the default kernel in woody is 2.2, not 2.4. there should be a new option added to /etc/network/options just like the current syncookies option. -- Ethan Benson http://www.alaska.net/~erbenson/
