Package: mc Version: 3.2.1-1 Since the mouse support in mc does not work with the terminfos for xterm and xterm-color from the Debian distribution nor with those for ansi_xterm, the installation script should immediately install the xterm.ti which is included.
The xterm.ti does not give the correct behaviour for all these three xterms. After some mc operations the xterm gets slightly messed up. The responsible commands are the absolute cursor motions hpa and vpa. But removing them from xterm.ti all works fine.
