Sorry to feed again the troll, but I would like to know what is the
rationale behind removing the permissions for Andrew and not for
Raphaël. Both of them have been equally annoying and equally off-topic.
Andrew may have harmed the project by posting a non-serious mail to an
announcement list, but Raphaël has also harmed the project by implicitly
linking it to Ubuntu.

If you want to create a precedent for such removals - which I approve of
- you'd better make it look consistent.
