After reading the man page my sponsor and I agreed that he should run:

   dcut dm --uid 'er...@mega-nerd.com' --allow libsndfile --allow libsamplerate 
--allow sndfile-tools

and eventually we both got an email back saying I was allowed to upload
sndfile-tools, with no mention of the other two.

Is that a bug in the handling of the --allow parameters?
