could you clarify this case? An arch:all package cannot require a build
dependency because an arch:all package is a binary package. I can also not find
any nodejs packages in the lists I posted. In fact, nodejs package have not yet
been a problem with respect to bootstrapping - probably because they are mostly
arch:all?
