I don't see the profile setting in kernel handbook, but only in the source: - https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/kernel/linux.git/tree/debian/README.source So I updated my wiki entry: - https://wiki.debian.org/HowToCrossBuildAnOfficialDebianKernelPackage Now I confirm it builds only image and header 2 debs when targeting "UNRELEASED".
