$sou...@packages.debian.org forwards to the package tracker and can be used. $sou...@tracker.debian.org does not exist. The package tracker incoming emails are received at dispa...@tracker.debian.org (or dispatch+<source>_<keyword>@tracker.debian.org when the mail doesn't contain anything that can be used to properly identify it).
