Yes, team subscribers receive only the automatic e-mails forwarded by the various services (BTS, DAK, etc). They currently do not receive manual emails sent by humans to team+...@tracker.debian.org They do get manual emails sent to f...@packages.debian.org however (under the contact keyword).
