We actually hit this issue with the latest upload: it landed on an IPv6-only buildd for armel, and failed twice before ultimately succeeding on a different buildd. Due to your report, we managed to track down the root cause very quickly. The fix is now upstream and will be part of libvirt 6.6.0, which is going to be released in 2/3 weeks.
