I'd say this must have something to do with your specific hardware. At least it's not a widespread issue for sure and it's the first time I hear about this. That you see it now may be related to Plasma 6 but it may also come from newer kernels and Plasma triggering some issue with these. If you could share the bits of the system logs before sleep / after wake that would probably be useful. Happy hacking, -- Aurélien
