Yes, that is correct.
(cc release team since they might have input on how this relates to transitions)The Release Team kindly reached out to me and we agreed to bump all the remaining bugs to severity serious now, to push the transition forward. However, we are going to postpone the actual upload to unstable a little while longer (probably a few more weeks) to minimize interference with other transitions.
