I feel offended by the way my work for Debian has been qualified lately,
and by going on that way the "legacy" contributors like me are soon no longer
going to be a problem: we are going to give up and leave, so "modern"
contributors can have fun with their shiny new toys without us in the way.

I’m using that e-mail as a hook because for once my thoughts have been well put
into words by someone else, but I do not know and do not wish to know the
broader context of this thread. I’m tired of people spitting on my work so I am
already no longer following closely the discussions on the current list.

I guess it’s a good way to ensure a "miracle solution" is adopted globally:
by ensuring everyone who did not want it has flown in disgust.

End of thread for me, writing this e-mail has already been a bad enough
experience, I do not want to interact further on that topic.
