Yes, you are wrong.
We have a, currently unchanged, FTPMaster delegation. Additionally we
have a DFSG one.
Ansgar wanted out, the rest of the FTPMasters got kicked out of the DFSG
teams work area. The FTPTeam members (that aren't also FTPMaster) did
not get considered (or asked) at all.
There is a draft for an archive teams delegation. That is not, to my
knowledge, sent or in effect, yet. It would then also need to remove the
FTPMaster one. (The draft also needs some changes in the text to be
entirely useful, its missing some tasks, though they overlap with the
DFSG description).
