I think the same. This is a quote from developers-reference: "This is the new way to upload for the majority of people's work." What about showing available options and letting people to choose how they want to upload their packages? If this new method is so much better, people will naturally follow it and we should not need to tell people that they "have" to use it, right? Thanks.
