Holger, in amongst all the heat here, you seem to have missed this
question.

[1] In that paragraph I wrote "dgit push-* is the only way ..."  but
of course I meant to include tag2upload.  Anyway, I'm saying we should
recommend dgit push.  dgit push more obviously avoids the (IMO largely
spurious) objections in this thread.
