The code is licensed under the FPC modified LGPL, i.e. LGPL-2.1 with an exception allowing static linking without imposing relinkability on user applications, matching the licensing used by the RTL, FCL and LCL libraries. These units enable GTK3-based graphical applications with a licensing model familiar to Free Pascal/Lazarus developers, and complement the existing fp-units-* packages in Debian.
