How does introducing buggy software help to make debian more robust
and reliable exactly?
Having to support multiple different half finished implementations
rather than one good one just adds issues for the sole benefit of
uutils that get the bugreports, at the price of using everyone as
involuntary test subjects.
I too am not happy that DDs decide to speak on behalf of the project
and refuse to retract when it seems clear they weren't speaking on
behalf of the project.
