I think you might have done a broken partial upload at first, from the
log I see:
Jul 20 20:27:15 processing /python-mimesis_21.0.0-1_source.changes
Jul 20 20:27:16 python-mimesis_21.0.0.orig.tar.gz is too small (ignored for now)
and from that day on it keeps retrying it.
I removed all the stale files, try uploading again now.

This upload did not even make it the archive host, so no gpg
verification had been done yet.
